Do not overfill as this may block the valve.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce filled, remove air by pumping the large vacuum pump button in the centre of the lid. Pump 8- 10 times until some resistance is felt and air is removed.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBefore opening, release pressure by pressing the small pressure release button.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnsure stored items are kept fresh by regularly keeping the vacuum topped up.
